Ten Anchors offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Beam subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Beam orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Submit a refund request through the Paddle interface, or contact Paddle support directly.
  3. Alternatively, contact Ten Anchors support and we will help facilitate the request with Paddle.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
